The Company was informed on 3 July 2002 that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of the
Company, purchased, on 3 July 2002, 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
0.58p per share and 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.63p per share.
Mr Dean now holds 495,933,486 ordinary shares in the Company representing 63.1
per cent of the issued share capital.
