                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed today that Hemery Trustees Limited purchased today
1,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.85p. The shares held by Hemery
Trustees Limited are held in its capacity of the Taurus Trust, a discretionary
trust of which Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman, is the principal beneficiary. Hemery
Trustees Limited now holds 511,771,415 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 65.17 per cent of its issued share capital.
