                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed on 24 March 2003 that Global Investments Limited
purchased on that day 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.17p. The
shares held by Global Investments Limited are held in its capacity as a
discretionary trustee, a trust of which Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman, is a
beneficiary. Global Investments now holds 529,921,415 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 67.45 per cent of its issued share capital.
