The number of shares now held by Hemery Trustees Limited should be 507,021,415
and not 502,933,486, and this shareholdings now represents 64.57 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital and not 64.58 per cent as previously reported.

                            Director's Shareholding




The Company was informed on 27 August 2002 that Hemery Trustees Limited
purchased at that date 4,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.52p. The
shares held by Hemery Trustees Limited are held in its capacity of the Taurus
Trust, a discretionary trust of which Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman, is the
principal beneficiary. Hemery Trustees Limited now holds 507,021,415 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 64.57 per cent of its issued share capital.
