VoyagerIT.com plc, announces that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of VoyagerIT.com
plc, and Mr Peter Holmes, Finance Director, have today notified the company of
the following purchases of shares in the company.

Mr Stephen Dean 506,250 ordinary shares at 9.5p per share on 3rd July 2000.

Mr Peter Holmes  243,750 ordinary shares at 9.5p per share on 3rd July 2000.

These purchases bring Mr Dean's total shareholding in VoyagerIT.com plc to
25,244,874 ordinary shares, representing 23.13 per cent of the issued share
capital, and Mr Holmes' total shareholding to 2,000,000 ordinary shares,
representing 1.83 per cent.
