Exercise of Warrants and Application for Listing of
Additional Ordinary Shares
Application has today been made for admission of an
additional 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
voyager IT.com plc to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares have been
issued pursuant to the exercise of founder share warrants by
the Company's Chairman, Stephen Dean, at an exercise price
of 5p per share.
Mr Dean now holds 24,738,624 ordinary shares in
Voyager IT.com plc, representing 24.01% of the current issued
share capital.
The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are
expected to commence on Thursday 15 June 2000.
