VoyagerIT.com plc EXPANDS IT/INTERNET PORTFOLIO WITH £1.6m INVESTMENTS  IN
MULTICAST ISP AND SADOT


VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed internet, IT and media investment fund,
announces that it has further enlarged its investment in the sector with the
purchase of shareholdings in Multicast ISP Inc., the pioneer internet
broadband ISP, and Sadot Research & Development Fund, an Israeli IT, internet,
telecom and medical devices investment fund, for a total consideration of
£1,587,500 in cash.

VoyagerIT.com plc has purchased 1,500,000 shares of common stock in
privately-owned Multicast ISP for £937,500 cash, and 480,000 shares, plus
240,000 warrants in Sadot Research and Development Fund for £650,000 cash.

The unique internet datacasting technology developed by Multicast ISP bypasses
congested groundlinks by enabling real-time distribution of streaming
broadband via existing commercial satellites to deliver high quality video and
audio content.

Quoted on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Sadot Research and Development Fund was
formed in 1993 and invests in various stages including seed and early stage
capital in the US$250,000 to US$3million range in propositions in IT,
internet, telecom and medical devices.  To date is has made 22 investments.
