VoyagerIT.com plc ISSUES £2.2million ONE-YEAR CONVERTIBLE LOAN NOTES TO
REFINANCE INVESTMENT COSTS
VoyagerIT.com plc announces that Mr Stephen Dean has subscribed for
£2.2million of Convertible Loan Notes. These Loan Notes are repayable in 12
months from the date of issue and will pay a coupon of 8per cent per annum.
The Loan Notes are convertible at any time into ordinary shares in
VoyagerIT.com at 7.5p per share. The Loan Notes will be registered in the
name of Hemery Trustees Limited.
The proceeds of the issue will primarily be used to fund the staged investment
in ThinkDirectMarketing.com Inc., in which the company has a 14.3per cent
holding. Details of the investment were announced on 16th October 2000.
