Placing and Notification of Shareholdings
Cater Barnard announces that on 14 July 2004 the Company issued 80,000,000 new
Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at an issue price of 0.5p per new Ordinary Share
(the 'Shares'), raising £400,000 before expenses for additional working capital.
The Company has also been informed that on 14 July 2004:
• Ethel Austin Investment Properties Limited is now interested in
137,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.99% of the
Company's current issued share capital
• Paul Whight is now beneficially interested in 98,497,627 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 7.19% of the issued share capital; and
• Seacroft Ventures Limited is now beneficially interested in 50,000,000
Ordinary Shares, approximately 3.65% of the issued share capital.
David Williams, Chairman said: 'We are obviously delighted with both the
investment from a new shareholder and the further investment from our existing
shareholders. We continue to pursue a number exciting opportunities for the
Group, and look forward to providing our shareholders with an update on
developments in due course'.
Application is being for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
