                      CATER BARNARD PLC ('Cater Barnard')
                      Sale of shares in Dialog Group, Inc

Cater Barnard announces that yesterday, the Company sold 2,200,000 Dialog Group,
Inc stock at 171/2 cents per share, raising US$385,000 (approximately £250,000)
before sale expenses.  The proceeds of sale will be applied to bank deposits for
future working capital.
