Voyager IT.com plc - FINDSTAR SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES UK LICENCEE OF PANDA
ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE


The Board of Voyager IT.com plc, is pleased to announce that today its
wholly-owned subsidiary Findstar Ltd has acquired PANDA Software (UK) Limited,
('PSM') which has a 5 year exclusive licence agreement for the sale of all
PANDA software products for the UK, with PANDA Spain, the world-wide licensor
for the PANDA Antivirus software product.

The acquisition will add substantially to the gross margin falling to the
Findstar Group's account. Findstar owns PANDA Antivirus Software Limited,
which holds a UK Distribution Agreement for the PANDA Antivirus product.

The consideration for the acquisition is £298,000, of which Findstar is paying
£231,000 in cash, plus 1.5million Voyager IT.com shares for 100 per cent of
the equity of PSM.

PSM's PANDA Antivirus application precludes the loss of information on PC
through Bugs or other unauthorised data. Unaudited accounts of PSM for the
period to 31st December 2000 show retained losses of £646,000, gross assets of
£41,000, and negative net assets of £596,000.
