MEDIA CONTENT PLC APPOINTED AS EXCLUSIVE MEDIA ADVISORS TO THE NEW
ZEALAND RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION.
Media Content PLC, the sports media advisory and investment company, is
pleased to announce that the New Zealand Rugby Football Union
('NZRFU') has appointed Media Content Sports Media Advisors Ltd, to
advise on all matters relating to television and media rights.
The agreement includes the right for Media Content Development Limited,
the investment subsidiary of Media Content PLC, to invest in any NZRFU
media businesses and spin-offs on a priority and initial investor
basis.
David Rutherford, CEO of the NZRFU, said:
'New Zealand Rugby needs to ensure it receives the best advice and
support on television and other commercial media issues as we progress
into the new millennium. Media Content are leading global independent

NZRFU is the governing body of New Zealand Rugby Union, whose best known
representatives are the All Blacks national team.
