Further to its announcement released earlier today, the Company confirms that the circular to shareholders including a notice of general meeting relating to the proposed lease agreements relating to certain properties in Abu Dhabi between Al Noor Hospitals Group PLC and Al Saqr Property Management LLC has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download on Al Noor's website www.alnoorhospital.com.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do .
