Allotment of scrip shares to Chairman

David Staples (the Company's Chairman) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the December 2010 dividend for the quarter ended 30 September 2010, and accordingly was allotted 575 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares").  The Shares were admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 31 December 2010 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
