Scrip Calculation Price for June 2010 Dividend in relation to the
Scrip Dividend Scheme
On 17 May 2010 the Board of MedicX Fund Limited announced an opportunity for qualifying Shareholders to receive relevant dividends in new ordinary shares instead of in cash (the "Scheme").
In relation to the dividend for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010 payable on 30 June 2010 (the "June 2010 Dividend"), the price of a new ordinary share in relation to the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip Calculation Price") has been set at 73.95 pence. This is the average of the closing middle market quotations for the Company's ordinary shares for the five consecutive business days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 12 May 2010.
Mandate forms must be received by the Company's registrars, Capita Registrars, (or CREST instructions entered) by no later than 5:00 p.m. on 4 June 2010 in order for elections under the Scrip Dividend Scheme to be effective in relation to the June 2010 Dividend. The payment date in respect of the June 2010 Dividend is 30 June 2010.
