Transfer of shares held by Director
The Board of MedicX Fund announces that it was notified on 4 November 2011 that Mr Christopher Bennett, the Audit Committee chairman, has transferred his shareholding in the Company of 7,251 shares to a separate pension trust of which he is a beneficiary with effect from 2 November 2011.
Mr Bennett's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged as follows:
