Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Board of MedicX would like to notify the market of the following:
The MedicX Fund Limited's issued share capital consists of 55,960,715 ordinary
shares of 1p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 55,960,715 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, MedicX Fund Limited under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
