Meikles  Africa  Limited,  the Zimbabwe-based  hotel  and
retail  group  quoted on the Zimbabwe  and  London  Stock
Exchanges,  issues  a joint cautionary announcement  with
Kingdom  Financial Holdings, a financial services  group,
listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange

The  directors of Kingdom Financial Holdings Limited  and
Meikles  Africa Limited would like to notify shareholders
that  they are currently engaged in negotiations that  if
successful  would  expand the scope of their  businesses.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the shares of the two companies.  Further
announcements will be made in due course.
