Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Melrose is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the AGM today were passed. Further details of the proposed resolutions were set out in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2009.

The Company has forwarded two copies of the resolutions passed at the AGM to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority, where they will shortly be available for viewing at the following address:
