1. Introduction

This Annual Information Update ("AIU") is made in accordance with the
requirements of the Prospectus Rule 5.2. This AIU  refers to all information
that has been published or made available to the public between 1 January 2007
and 29  February 2008.

Whilst the Company confirms that the information relating to the Company
referred to below was at the time of  publication accurate and up-to-date, this
information is not necessarily up to date as at the date of this Annual 
Information Update.

This AIU contains a list of Announcements made via a Regulatory Information
Service ('RIS'), documents filed with the  UK Registrar of Companies and
documents published and sent to shareholders.  The Company is publishing the AIU
