The Company announces that it has been informed that on 6 March 2014 Liz Hewitt, non-executive Director, purchased 1,008 Ordinary Shares of 13/110 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 304.098 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Ms Hewitt holds an interest of 6,550 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.0006% of the issued share capital of the Company.
