The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 160/7 pence each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, as of 31^st May 2024, the Company had 50,937,533 ordinary shares in treasury and had 1,300,537,788 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
