Change of name to Renew Holdings Plc

Montpellier, the UK specialist construction services business, announces that a
circular convening an EGM to be held at 10.00am on 12 January 2006, has been
posted to shareholders today. At the EGM a special resolution will be proposed
to change the name of the Company to Renew Holdings Plc.

The Board believes that the change of name will assist Montpellier as it carries
out its new strategy under new Chief Executive Brian May, as described to
shareholders in the Chairman's and Chief Executive's reports accompanying its
recent preliminary results. The Board believes that the new name will symbolise
the changes that have already been made and will better reflect its specialist
areas of activity.
