Completion of the Placing of 11,827,957 new ordinary shares at 46.5 pence per
share to raise £5.5 million
Further to today's earlier announcement of the acquisition of Letts and Leckie,
the Board of Huveaux PLC ('Huveaux') announces that it has completed the Placing
of 11,827,957 new ordinary shares (the 'New Ordinary Shares') at a price of 46.5
pence per share to institutional investors, raising £5.5 million.
