Director's Shareholding







The Company has today been notified that on 12 March 2008, 40,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the Company were transferred to Gerry Murray, Director, by
Olenka Serenkiel, his former wife for nil consideration.



Following this transaction, Gerry Murray holds a beneficial interest of
1,702,600 Ordinary Shares.
