Huveaux PLC 16 June 2003 HUVEAUX PLC Huveaux PLC, the media and publishing group, today announces the resignation from the Board of Edward Peck with effect from 30th June, 2003. This follows the successful completion of the changes required at Vacher Dod Publishing, where Mr. Peck was Managing Director in the year since Huveaux acquired the business. Mr. Peck's successor as Managing Director of Vacher Dod Publishing, a division of Huveaux, is Maria Farmery who will be joining Huveaux on 30th June, 2003. Maria Farmery's career in directory publishing and database management has included Marketing Manager of Kelly's Directories, Associate Publisher of the Directories and Data Division at CMP Business Information, Managing Director of the Directories Division of William Reed and, most recently, Publishing Manager in the database department of Incisive Media on a freelance basis. This final role involved the complete management of four directories, CD ROM, website and list selection services for the insurance industry. The Board wishes Edward Peck well in his future career and thanks him for his considerable efforts over the past year. No compensation is payable for loss of office, and restrictive covenants, concerning non-competition and non-solicitation, which were put in place at the time of Huveaux's acquisition of Vacher Dod Publishing, remain in force.
