The Company was yesterday notified by Lloyds TSB Group Plc (Central Disclosure
Unit) that the interest held by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in the
Ordinary share capital of the Company had reduced to 11,015,188 ordinary shares
representing 7.9%.
