Director's Dealing
Metals Exploration PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has received notice
today that on 17 August 2007 The Standard Bank Employee Benefit Trust (the
'Trust') purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 35 pence per share.
The wife and children of Jonathan Pearson, a director of the Company, are
potential beneficiaries under the Trust and therefore the Trust is deemed to be
part of Mr. Pearson's 'family' under the AIM Rules for Companies.
Following the purchase, Mr. Pearson and his related parties are interested in
30,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.034% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
