The Board of Metals Exploration Plc is pleased to announce that at the Company's
Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held today, all resolutions proposed to
shareholders were duly passed.
Philip Barnett, a director of the Company who retired by rotation at the AGM,
decided not to offer himself for re-election and accordingly the Company's
Chairman, Steven Smith, did not put the resolution to re-elect him to the
Meeting.
The Chairman expressed his gratitude to Philip Barnett for his contributions
over the last two years to the Company and wished him well in his other
pursuits.
