Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 to shareholders.

The 2022 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website, http://www.mbhplc.co.uk/investor-relations .

The Company has also posted notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at the offices of Burges Salmon LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF on Thursday 18 May 2022 at 11.00 a.m., and associated Form of Proxy, to shareholders.
