Change of interests of significant shareholder
Microsaic (LSE:MSYS.L), the micro-engineering, miniaturised chip-based mass spectrometry producer for point-of-need analytical detection, has received a notification of a change in the interests of a significant shareholder. In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the following details are now notified:
On the 8th of March, the Company received a call from Helium Rising Stars Fund, a significant shareholder, to inform of the completion of a reduction of its holding to below 10%. Assurances were received that no further sales are imminent.
In compliance with DTR5, a copy of the notification received from this investor is appended.
