                                 Appeal Hearing

The Board of Minoan Group Plc has been advised that the hearing of the appeal
lodged against the Greek Government's approval of its Environmental Impact
Assessment ('EIA') has been postponed. The new date for the hearing before a
Plenary Session of the Greek Council of State is 14 March 2008.

Prior to the postponement, the appellants filed supplementary grounds of appeal.
The Board has been advised that these new grounds have been dealt with in the
EIA and by the Company's legal team.

Notwithstanding the postponement of the appeal hearing, the Company continues to
prepare for the implementation of the Cavo Sidero Project, including ongoing
negotiations with international hotel groups and potential joint venture
partners. In addition, the Board has been impressed by the designs submitted in
the recently completed architectural competition in respect of the first
village, Grandes Bay. The winning architects will be announced shortly.
