                               Additional Listing

The Company was notified on 24 July 2006 that Platinum Partners Value Arbitrage
Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 5,538,691
ordinary shares at 2.19p per share.  The service of the Loan Notice was in
accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006.

In addition to this a further 129,964 ordinary shares have been issued and
allotted to Platinum in consideration of the foreign exchange spot-rate
fluctuations in relation to the loan notice announced on 14 July 2006, in
accordance for the terms of the Convertible Note.

Application will be made for 5,668,655 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 2 August 2006.
