                          APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBER



YooMedia, the interactive TV Company, announces the appointment of Leopold Noe
as a non-executive member of the Board.



Leo, aged 49, has been active in the property industry for over 30 years and has
built up a substantial property portfolio. During this period he also
established Lee Baron Commercial Limited, a firm of property consultants with a
wide range of clients, where he still holds the position of non-executive
Director.



He is now a Partner in REIT Asset Management, a specialist investment finance
and asset management organisation, acting on behalf of a number of predominately
overseas clients.  Funds under management to date, as at January 2003, were £2
billion. REIT has offices in Germany and Israel and has a wholly owned venture
capital company, REIT Corporate Finance.



Commenting on his appointment, Leo Noe said: 'YooMedia is pre-eminent in its
