Board Changes
YooMedia, the interactive television and wireless group, is pleased to announce
the following board changes in the light of the company's continuing growth and
the recently announced acquisition of GoPlay TV Limited ('GoPlay').
David Docherty, currently Chief Executive of the company's public sector arm,
has been appointed group Chief Executive. Michael Sinclair continues as
Executive Chairman. Dr Sinclair said: 'Given the accelerating pace of our
development, both the board and myself have agreed that it is time to split my
dual role as Chairman and Chief Executive and consolidate our excellent senior
management team in a more structured way. I am delighted that David, with his
energy and considerable skills and experience at the highest level in the media
business, has agreed to become group Chief Executive.'
YooMedia is also pleased to announce the appointment of Nizar Allibhoy, aged 32
as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Allibhoy is Vice
President, Content Distribution Services of Sony Pictures Digital Inc., and
joins the Board following the successful acquisition of GoPlay.
Mr Allibhoy resides in the United States, and was formerly a director of
AccelerateTV, Inc.
No further disclosures are required in relation to Nizar Allibhoy under Schedule
2 paragraph (f) of the AIM rules.

company for the
E-voting Framework.
