Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities' Interests

Performance Restricted Share Plan ('PRSP')

The Executive Directors of the Company, Tim Clarke, Mike Bramley, Adam Fowle and Jeremy Townsend,  today increased their holdings in the Company's shares through the exercise of PRSP options.

The Executive Directors sold only sufficient of the shares under option in order to finance the resultant tax, National Insurance liabilities and dealing costs arising on exercise.  

Details of the exercises are shown in the table below:
