                              Directors' Interests


Performance Restricted Share Plan (PRSP)

The Executive Directors of the Company, Tim Clarke, Mike Bramley, Tony Hughes
and Karim Naffah, today increased their holdings in the Company's shares through
the exercise of PRSP options.

The Executive Directors sold only sufficient of the shares under option in order
to finance the resultant tax and National Insurance liabilities arising on
exercise.

Details of the exercises are shown in the table below:
