Directors' Interests
Executive Share Options
Executive Director Tony Hughes, today increased his holding in the Company's
shares through the exercise of Executive Share Options. Mr Hughes sold only
sufficient of the shares under option, in order to finance the costs of
exercise, including the resultant tax and National Insurance liabilities arising
on exercise.
