SEC DE-REGISTRATION
The US Securities & Exchange Commission ('SEC') recently approved new rules to
allow non-US companies that have previously de-registered and suspended their
SEC reporting obligations to permanently terminate any ongoing reporting
obligations.
Mitchells & Butlers announces that it has today filed a Form 15-F with the SEC
to terminate its SEC reporting obligations. This filing will become effective on
4 September 2007.
