Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for 60,000 Ordinary shares of 2 1/2 p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 03
October 2001 and that trading will commence on 04 October 2001.

These shares are being issued as remuneration to the Directors of the Company
as to Sir John Jennings 40,000 shares and Donald Charles Macpherson 20,000
shares.

Following the issue of these shares the holding of each Director will be:

Sir John Jennings                        170,000 Shares             0.059%
Donald Charles Macpherson                148,000 Shares             0.052%

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
