Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 2,941,176 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission is expected to be effective on 7 January 2022.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares.
