Board Changes

Mitie Group plc ('Mitie'), today announces the appointment of a new interim Group CFO.   Andrew Peeler, the former CEO of Yodel, will join Mitie on 9 December as its interim Group CFO. He will be appointed to the Board in January 2019, when Paul Woolf leaves the business.   As previously announced, Paul, who has held the role of Group CFO since November 2017, will be leaving on 28 January 2019. In the meantime, Paul and Andrew will be working together to ensure a seamless transition.   

Andrew Peeler will report to CEO, Phil Bentley.

Phil Bentley, CEO of Mitie said,

He is a well-regarded leader with a proven track record in operational, financial and strategic oversight and execution in various blue-chip companies, including BUPA, Unilever and Cadbury Schweppes. As Mitie moves into the second phase of its transformation strategy (which is focused on accelerated value creation), Andrew's skills will be of immense value to the Group. I am very much looking forward to working with him as we drive the delivery of our transformation programme.'
