Board Changes
Mitie Group plc ('Mitie'), today announces the appointment of a new interim Group CFO. Andrew Peeler, the former CEO of Yodel, will join Mitie on 9 December as its interim Group CFO. He will be appointed to the Board in January 2019, when Paul Woolf leaves the business. As previously announced, Paul, who has held the role of Group CFO since November 2017, will be leaving on 28 January 2019. In the meantime, Paul and Andrew will be working together to ensure a seamless transition.
Andrew Peeler will report to CEO, Phil Bentley.
