Mitie Group plc ("the Company") - Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mitie Group plc has been advised that Mark Reckitt, non-executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive Director of Hill & Smith Holdings PLC with effect from 1 June 2016.

It is also noted that Mark has resigned as a non-executive Director of J D Wetherspoon plc, with effect from 25 May 2016.
