Appointment of Director
MITIE announces that it has today appointed Ishbel Jean Stewart Macpherson as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Miss Macpherson, 45, was an investment banker for over 20 years, specialising in
UK mid market corporate finance. Her most recent role was Head of UK and
Emerging Companies Corporate Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Miss Macpherson holds no directorships in any other publicly quoted companies
and has not done so in the last 5 years. She has no interests in MITIE shares
and there are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing
Rule 9.6.13R in connection with Miss Macpherson's appointment.
Commenting on the appointment, David Ord, Chairman of MITIE, said 'I am
delighted that Ishbel will be joining the Board. She brings considerable
financial and banking experience to MITIE. I am looking forward to her
contribution.'
