Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each ("Shares"):
On 28 May 2014, the following Directors received Shares in the Company pursuant to awards made under the Mitie Group Deferred Bonus Plan in May 2012.

Following the above transactions, the interests of the above named directors are as follows:

b) Suzanne Baxter is beneficially interested in 243,476 Ordinary Shares (0.07 % of the Company); and,
c) Bill Robson is beneficially interested in 1,653,174 Ordinary Shares (0.44 % of the Company).
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
