Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
On 4 August 2016, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan acquired ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 249.4 pence per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') on behalf of Ruby McGregor-Smith and Suzanne Baxter.
