Following payment of the 2019/20 interim dividend of 1.33p per share, on 05 February 2020 Phil Bentley purchased 19,387 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company for a total consideration of £26,479.54 pursuant to a trading plan that automatically reinvests dividends received into additional shares.
