The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.

On 10 June 2021, Phil Bentley received a total of 722,847 Ordinary Shares in the Company following the vesting of a conditional award granted on 25 June 2019 under the Mitie Group Deferred Bonus Plan .

Following completion of the rights issue on 29 July 2020, the number of shares comprised within the conditional award was adjusted in-line with the accepted standard methodology.
