Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
On 29 June 2023 Phil Bentley, Simon Kirkpatrick and Peter Dickinson were granted options over Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The performance conditions attaching to the LTIP are EPS, Cash Conversion and ESG, accounting for 50%, 35% and 15% of the awards respectively.
The number of shares under awards has been determined using the using the average closing share price for the five dealing days prior to the start of the financial year on 1 April 2023 (being 80.9p), to provide direct alignment with the performance period. These awards therefore represent grant levels of 200% and 175% of salary for Phil Bentley and Simon Kirkpatrick respectively.
The attached notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail.
