                            Resignation of Director


The Board of MITIE wish to announce that Paul Anthony Kilduff has resigned with
immediate effect from his role as Group Finance Director.

The Board thanks Mr Kilduff for his service to MITIE and wishes him every
success for the future.

The Board has commenced a search for a suitable replacement and will provide an
update in due course.
